Better, broader, faster

We’re committed to delivering better service, broader coverage and faster speeds throughout the UK. We want to not only meet and exceed the minimum levels of service set by Ofcom, but continue to improve the overall service we deliver to homes as well as businesses, big and small. With fibre now available to over 26 million homes and businesses, we’re now working to take the UK from Superfast to Ultrafast speeds, with plans to extend access to Ultrafast fibre broadband through a mix of G.fast and Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) technologies.

Here you can see how we’re doing against some of our most important targets and ambitions. To understand more about our key performance indicators, as well as the minimum levels of service set by Ofcom for our copper products, see Our performance.

We're reporting on both our copper and fibre networks over and above Ofcom's mandatory reporting requirements.
These figures refer to copper and Fibre to the Cabinet across Q1, Q2 and Q3 of the fiscal year 2016/17.
We’ve delivered more circuits, cleared more of our older complex jobs, and reduced our workstack by 1,500 orders in Q3.
