Our performance

We’re a successful business and there’s massive demand for our services. Whether it’s copper, superfast fibre, or business services such as Ethernet; data-hungry customers are demanding more and have higher expectations when it comes to service. 

Our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are published every quarter to let you know how we’re doing.

 
In a normal week we complete around 201,000 provision and repair jobs accross the UK. Our network is 120 million km long. We have 30,000 people installing, supporting and maintaining the network. Superfast Fibre Broadband is brought to 21,000 homes every week.
